Introduced the Star Dashboard to provide a comprehensive view of overall Star Rating trends over time. The dashboard supports drill-down capabilities into domain-level and measure-level performance, enabling deeper insight into historical trends.
Grouped the calculators for the Part C & Part D Star Rating, the Part C and Part D Improvement measure, the Reward Factor and the EHO4All Reward into one "Calculators" menu.
